The Role: Making cold calls from our internal database and various job boards to attract candidates Headhunting candidates for permanent job opportunities Carrying out candidate specification calls Contacting new and existing clients via phone and email Building strong relationships with both candidates and customers ? What Were Looking For: Confident communicator with a great telephone manner Target-driven and self-motivated Previous recruitment or sales experience is beneficial (but not essential) Comfortable making high volumes of calls Organised and able to manage your workload ??
