We are currently seeking Purchasing/Admin Assistant The successful candidate will assist the Procurement Manager across the procurement function Duties will include: Order processing and order administration Processing Account opening forms Progressing orders Assisting with stock Management & stock control within the organisation Liaising with the Vendor Supply Chain Supporting with booking in and out issues Administration of all quotations Price List administration and conversions Updating and cleansing system information, including product information and new contacts Dealing with price enquiries, queries and transferring calls Dealing with supplier and customer queries to progress orders Skills and attributes: 2 years previous experience in same or similar role desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
