This is an opportunity to join an established practice with a loyal client base, strong referral networks and a reputation for delivering commercially focused legal advice.

The RoleWorking alongside experienced Partners and commercially minded colleagues, you'll advise a diverse range of clients, from owner-managed businesses and sole traders to larger companies, charities, schools and other organisations.

Your caseload will span a broad range of corporate and commercial work, including:Business sales and acquisitionsMergers and corporate transactionsCommercial contracts and agreementsDistribution agreementsGeneral commercial and business advisory mattersYou'll handle matters of varying complexity and value, with the autonomy to manage your own work while collaborating with colleagues on more complex transactions.
