- Permanent Join a well-established concrete production facility in Toomebridge as a Production Supervisor.

In this key role, youll lead operational activities to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production while managing resources and meeting daily targets in a fast-paced environment.

About the role: £30,000
- £40,000 per annum depending on experience Monday to Friday 40 hours a week Permanent role What you'll be doing in this role: Supervising all operational functions necessary to maintain full production Maintain strong health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the factory Meet daily production and capacity targets Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure smooth operations Manage costs and budgets to support financial goals Ensure high quality standards are consistently maintained throughout production What you'll need in this role: Must have a minimum of 2 years production supervisory experience within a concrete production facility.

Must be target driven to achieve production volumes daily, whilst maintaining high quality standards both in terms of structural standards and aesthetic standards.

Be able to demonstrate strong management and team building qualities in terms of managing labour resources and factory costs is essential.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and transfer these into production is essential. xwzovoh
