FABRICATOR WELDER / STRUCTURAL STEEL FABRICATOR We are looking for experienced Fabricator Welders / Structural Steel Fabricators for ongoing work across Central Scotland. This is a great opportunity for consistent work, strong hourly rates, and real long-term potential.

Pay Rates Dayshift: £22 per hour
Nightshift: £28 per hour
Enhanced overtime rates during the 13-week probation period
Paid via CIS or PAYE Umbrella

What you will be doing Interpreting technical drawings to fabricate and weld steel and aluminium components
Working to weld procedures, weld plans, and tight tolerances
MIG and TIG welding (including aluminium welding)
Steel cutting, burning, grinding, shaping and assembly
Operating fabrication machinery, hand tools and overhead cranes safely
Inspecting your own work to ensure high-quality standards
Working closely with supervisors and team members to meet deadlines

What you need Proven experience in structural steel fabrication / fabrication welding
Strong MIG & TIG welding skills
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Safety-conscious and reliable team player
