We're looking for a passionate Italian Head Chef with a deep understanding of authentic Italian cuisine. A strong knowledge of fresh pasta is essential, alongside a genuine appreciation for traditional techniques, quality ingredients, and simple, beautifully executed dishes.

• Lead the kitchen through the pre-opening and launch of an exciting new Italian restaurant.
• Recruit, train, and develop your own brigade, creating a positive and high-performing kitchen culture.
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food quality, stock control, GP, and labour management.
• Ensure consistently high standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and food safety.
