Document Controller

We are currently recruiting for a Document Controller for a high-end residential developer. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an excellent team with progression opportunities available. We are looking for a proactive document controller with experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing technical documents and coordinating the flow of project documents. The project is a large-scale residential redevelopment which consists of over 1000 units of RC frame apartments of a high specification. Responsibilities & requirements * Manage all incoming and outgoing project documentation and correspondence * Maintain accurate document control systems and trackers * Distribute drawings, technical documents, and project information to relevant teams * Ensure all documentation is compliant with company and client procedures * Liaise with consultants, suppliers, contractors, and site teams * Upload, issue, and archive documents using EDMS platforms * Produce reports and maintain communication trackers across projects * Support project teams with document management processes * Provide guidance and support to internal and external users on EDMS systems * Attend project and site meetings when required The ideal candidate would have experience in: * Excellent communication skills * Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word * The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail * Experience in the Construction Industry / working on-site would be a bonus!
