Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system requirements and align technology with business needs. Oversee system upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless functionality. Provide technical expertise and training to finance teams on system usage and best practices. Monitor system performance and generate reports to support decision-making processes. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls within financial systems. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of finance operations.
