Another beauty of a Data Centre role from Team Build Space!  Our client, a specialist Main Contractor delivering high-profile Data Centre projects across the UK and Europe, is looking to appoint a No.1 Commercial Lead to take full commercial ownership of CSA build projects from preconstruction through to final account. This is your chance to join an industry powerhouse making great strides into the Critical Infrastructure both in the UK and across Europe. Commercial Manager roles & responsibilities: Acting as No.1 Commercial Lead, holding full commercial responsibility for one CSA build project at a time Managing the commercial process end-to-end — from preconstruction and procurement through to final account and handover A hybrid working pattern: typically 3 days working from home, 2 days on site Working within a well-resourced project team on a major, live construction schemesCommercial Manager experience required: A strong commercial background gained within CSA build packages, previous Data Centre or wider mission-critical/hyperscale sector is essential A proven track record as No.1 Commercial Lead (or a strong No.2 ready to step up) on large-scale, high-value construction projects Main contractor background Comfortable managing the full commercial lifecycle independently, with strong client and stakeholder management skillsCommercial Manager remuneration: £110,000 – £125,000 + full package Hybrid working — flexibility to balance home and site The opportunity to lead commercially on some of the most significant Data Centre projects in the UK and Europe for a business genuinely winning in this sectorThis is a red hot position for a start ASAP.  Want to know more?  Drop me a line at Build Space HQ for full details: (url removed) / (phone number removed)
