About the role

I'm currently recruiting for a Project Manager (M&E) to join one of the UK's leading Facilities Management providers, delivering a range of commercial M&E projects across a prestigious client portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business managing projects from initial quotation through to completion. Projects typically include plant replacements, HVAC upgrades, electrical installations, lighting upgrades, infrastructure improvements and other M&E works, ranging from smaller reactive projects through to larger planned schemes. The role will involve: * Managing multiple M&E projects simultaneously from inception to handover. * Taking responsibility for project delivery, programme, budgets and commercial performance. * Managing subcontractors, suppliers and internal engineering teams. * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. * Ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. * Identifying and managing project risks while ensuring compliance with all health & safety legislation. We're looking for someone with: * A strong background delivering M&E projects within Facilities Management or Building Services. * Experience managing commercial projects from quotation through to completion. * Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills. * Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project costs and budgets. * Relevant technical qualifications within Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
