What You’ll Do * Teach and assess learners across a range of Hospitality programmes to include professional cookery and related vocational qualifications * Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons covering both theoretical knowledge and practical hospitality skills * Support learners in developing customer service, communication, teamwork, and operational skills relevant to the hospitality industry * Use creative and practical approaches to make Hospitality relevant to real-world industry settings and career opportunities * Maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism, and learner wellbeing * Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement What You’ll Bring * A relevant Hospitality or Catering qualification (Level 3 or above) * Strong industry knowledge and experience working within professional kitchens, food related establishments. * The ability to engage and motivate learners of all abilities through practical and theory-based teaching * Experience working within the hospitality industry or supporting others in education or training * A commitment to inclusive teaching and learner success * A teaching qualification (Level 4 or above) is welcomed — but if you don’t have one yet, we’ll support you to achieve it while you work Why Become a Lecturer?
