Registered Manager - Children’s Residential Home 3-Bed Children's Home (Ages 7–17) Leeds, West Yorkshire Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £48,000 – £55,000 DOE Ofsted Rating: Good Benefits Competitive salary up to £55,000 depending on experience £1,000 welcome bonus Ofsted performance-related bonus Enhanced company pension Health & wellbeing programme Travel allowance Casual dress policy Company events Free parking Supported by an experienced Deputy Manager and motivated staff team Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in Residential Childcare At least 1 year’s supervisory experience within a care setting Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards) Previous management experience with strong team leadership skills Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the children’s home Ensure high standards of care in line with legislation, Ofsted requirements, and best practice Create a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for young people Develop and oversee individual care plans focused on emotional and behavioural development Lead, support, and develop the residential care team through supervision and performance management Build positive relationships with children, families, and external professionals Manage budgets and resources effectively Maintain accurate records and reporting systems All offers are subject to an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references, employment checks, and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
