- Car driver required due to rural location Hours:Monday Friday 8.30am to 5pm or 9am to 5.30pm Description: A well respected and long established company is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary with a background in Private Client to join their busy team.

This role entails: ID checks P roduction of legal forms ie, IHT400 and LPAs Onboarding new client documentation Arranging meetings Chasing outstanding information and collating Diary management Support to a small team of fee earners Audio and copying typing
- this is a large element of the role Email correspondence Meeting and greeting Clients Assisting on Reception as needed answering the telephone Key Skills/Experience Required: Previously worked within private client sector Previous Legal Secretary experience Competent audio and copy typist Excellent organisation and co-ordination skills Ability to work to deadlines, with an excellent eye for detail Ability to liaise at all levels.

Competent administrative and Microsoft skills Ideally of knowledge in LEAP would be desirable Due to the remote location of the role you will need to be a car driver In return for your hard work, you will earn a salary of between £28,000
- £30,000 depending on experience with 25 days holiday, pension and private healthcare.
