Material QC Analyst

R&D Partners is seeking a Material QC Analyst to join a leading biotechnology company in Greater London. This role focuses on ensuring the quality and compliance of materials within a GMP-regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Physically inspecting materials across multiple warehouse locations.
• Ensuring storage conditions and documentation meet GMP requirements.
• Coordinating external testing when required.
• Maintaining accurate material status (release/reject).
• Identifying deviations and supporting investigations.
• Ensuring equipment is calibrated and used according to SOPs.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and method/technology enhancements.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and documentation.
• Ability to coordinate external testing and manage material status.
• Knowledge of calibration procedures and SOP adherence.
