We are currently looking to strengthen our growing Property & Construction team in Glasgow, you will have opportunity to be involved with large, high-profile Residential, Leisure, Mixed-use & Retail projects across Scotland.
We are currently delivering a number of high-profile projects including a new golf resort / hotel / residential scheme, valued at circa £500m. A new co-living development circa £65m.
Relevant skills and experience:
- Experience working in a Senior PM, Project Director, or, Associate Director capacity within a Consultancy organisation (Essential)
- Experience working on large scale, complex projects £20m+ (Essential)
- Experience working within the Residential sector (beneficial)
- Experience working on projects across the full project lifecycle
- Working towards, or wanting to progress with becoming Chartered, which CPC will support
