We aim to hire a talented property solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience to join their dynamic Real Estate team. About the Opportunity: You’ll play a key role in a team known for its expertise, client service, and collaborative ethos. You will join a healthy and broad team, with superb partners leading thee way. You will manage a broad range of high-quality real estate matters, including: Commercial property acquisitions and disposalsLandlord and tenant mattersDevelopment projects (residential, commercial, and mixed-use)Property finance and refinancingReal estate aspects of corporate transactionsClients range from major national and international businesses to local developers, investors, and public sector bodies. Requirement:A qualified solicitor (4+ years PQE) with a strong background in real estate law. NI qualified and dual (ROI/E&W) is a bonus.
