Accounts Senior £40,000 – £50,000 + benefits | Permanent | Full-time | Hybrid Towcester, West Northamptonshire An established and highly regarded accountancy practice is looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Senior to join its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified accountant with practice experience who is looking to develop their career within a varied and client-focused environment. Working with a diverse portfolio of businesses and individuals, the role offers exposure across accounts, taxation and advisory work, with genuine opportunities for progression towards a more senior or management position. The Role * Preparing statutory accounts for companies, partnerships and sole traders * Preparing corporate and personal tax computations * Assisting with management accounts and providing financial insight * Supporting advisory work and dealing with client queries * Reviewing working papers and supporting junior members of the team * Ensuring work is completed accurately and in line with relevant accounting and tax requirements About You * At least 3 years' experience within an accountancy practice * Experience preparing accounts and tax computations * ACA/ACCA qualified, part-qualified or equivalent * Good knowledge of accounting principles and tax compliance * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills * Excellent communication and client relationship skills * Good working knowledge of accounting software and Excel What's on Offer * £40,000 – £50,000 salary depending on experience * Hybrid working * Pension * Private healthcare * Ongoing training and professional development * Clear long-term career progression * Opportunity to develop into a management position * Varied client exposure across multiple sectors This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Accounts Senior looking to take the next step in their accountancy practice career within a supportive and progressive firm.
