Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager required in EssexGVR Solutions are currently working with an existing client of ours who are a bespoke Joinery & Fit Out contractor based in Essex. This particular client specialise in joinery and fit out projects across the Commercial, Public and Educational sectors.They are currently in the market for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager to join their well-established commercial team. You will play a key role within the business along with overseeing all aspects of the Joinery and Fit Out projects commercially.The duties of the Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager are:Managing the commercial reports and advice to the management teamEnsure the commercial targets are achieved including project and programme cost, quality and time.Delegate work where necessary and liaise with team on project progressPrepare cashflows for payments in and outCarry out measurement for valuationsIdentify Opportunities and risksAttend post tender and pre-contract meetings.The Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager must have/be:A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Joinery or Fit Out sector.A Proven track record of delivering construction projectsExcellent communication and oral skillsComfortable liaising with Clients and Senior ManagementStable employment historyHigh-performing individualIf you are interested in the Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager role then please get in touch today.
