This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied and interesting caseload within a supportive, collaborative environment.The RoleYou'll be responsible for managing your own residential property caseload and contributing to the wider team, including:Handling a broad range of residential property transactionsDelivering an end to end digital conveyancing service using modern technologyProviding commercially astute legal advice and excellent client serviceManaging a variety of transactional matters efficiently and confidentlyBuilding strong client relationships and delivering clear, practical guidanceWorking closely with partners to scope, price, and deliver work effectivelyDeveloping your own client relationships and professional profileLeading and contributing to business development initiativesBuilding a network of clients, contacts, and referrersIdentifying cross selling opportunities across the firmParticipating in team and sector pitchesMaintaining accurate time recording, WIP monitoring, and billingWorking towards individual and team KPIsCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a qualified lawyer with:6+ years PQE (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx)Strong experience in residential property workExcellent client and project management skillsThe ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environmentA proactive approach to business developmentA collaborative, supportive working styleThe TeamThe Bath Residential Property team comprises 20 members, with an even balance of fee earners and support staff. Many team members have been with the firm for years, reflecting the genuinely supportive and close knit culture. The team works alongside the Agricultural Property team and benefits from a dedicated completions team.
