Site Manager | Manchester | Cat B Fit-Out Location: Manchester Duration: 4 Weeks Remaining (16-Week Programme) Project Value: £1m Cat B Office Fit-Out Contractor: Design & Build Fit-Out Specialist We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the final stages of a £1m Cat B fit-out project in Manchester. The project has approximately 4 weeks remaining on a 16-week programme and requires a strong Site Manager capable of driving the project through to successful completion, managing subcontractors, quality, health & safety, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities * Day-to-day management of site operations * Coordination and management of subcontractors * Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard * Managing quality inspections, snagging and project close-out * Liaising with the client, design team and stakeholders * Producing site reports and maintaining project records Support Structure * A visiting Project Manager will attend site approximately once per week to provide additional support and oversight. Ideal Candidate * Proven experience delivering Cat A/Cat B commercial fit-out projects * Experience working for a D&B fit-out contractor * Ability to manage project completion and handover phases * Excellent communication and subcontractor management skills If interested, please send your CV and availability for immediate consideration
