Bristol50000 - 60000 per annum + Pension, Bonus PermanentFull Stack Developer55,000 – 60,000Bristol – Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)We are looking for a .NET Developer to join a well-established, independently owned insurance software company based in Bristol.Despite their tenure, the culture is anything but corporate, this is a small, agile and collaborative team where your work has real visibility.As a .NET Developer you will work across two core products: a Schemes Underwriting System and a Policy Administration System. You’ll be focused on backend and platform development, working within a small team that values good communication and a pragmatic approach to getting things done.There is a clear pathway for the right person to grow into a leadership role over time.Their current tech stack is: .NET, AWS, Azure DevOps, MySQL and JavaScript.We are looking for:4-5 years’ experience as a .NET DeveloperStrong backend and platform development skillsExperience in a B2B or software house environmentGood communication and stakeholder management skillsIt would be a bonus if you had:Experience in the insurance or financial services industryExposure to Azure DevOpsAny mentoring or team lead experienceThe role comes with an array of benefits with some key highlights below:Up to 60,000 depending on experience5% performance bonus5% employer pension contribution25 days holiday (+ bank holidays)Please note this role is unable to offer visa sponsorship.If this sounds of interest, please apply for more information.
