Key Responsibilities * Source and screen candidates for live vacancies. * Build candidate relationships through phone, email and online channels. * Write job adverts and manage applications. * Support interview coordination, feedback and offer processes. * Maintain accurate CRM and candidate records. * Assist with client research and business-development activity.
