Food & Beverage Supervisor

You are responsible for providing GOOD experience to guests and GOOD support to the Team:

Welcome and assist all Guests.
Providing information to Guests about facilities, services and activities at the Hotel.
Follow-up with guests staying at the Hotel and deal with potential complaints on the bar or restaurant.
Assist Front Office should they need support and support in keeping the public areas clean and tidy.
You monitor Guest satisfaction, feedback and comments and take responsibility in achieving the specified goals.
You are responsible for coordinating operations in all F&B outlets and keep areas clean and stocked up.
Assist with orders where needed
Plan and execute events to a high standard
You offer support, guidance and training to Junior Team Members including organising team meetings and guaranteeing efficient communication.
You also guaranteed effective communication with other Teams.
You ensure all payments are correctly posted and balanced and cash float is checked and recorded.
You take care of administration tasks such as reporting, SOPs, reservations, function sheets.
You support your line manager on her/his tasks including recruitment.
You guarantee food hygiene standards and safety.
In event of emergency, you coordinate hotels evacuation and ensure guests safety. xwzovoh
You actively support the Good Training project as mentor or trainer.
