What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and deliver a 3-year facilities strategy aligned with business goals.
• Manage capital planning and projects – from budgeting to successful delivery.
• Oversee daily facilities operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and minimal downtime .
• Lead vendor relationships including contracts, performance, and compliance.
• Drive cost efficiencies without compromising quality or safety.
• Implement preventive maintenance and emergency response plans for site reliability.
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and champion continuous improvement.
• Enhance and develop the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) .
• Foster a world-class culture within the Facilities Team.

What We’re Looking For:

• HNC/HND in Engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of regulations (LOTO, PUWER, etc.) with NEBOSH / OSHA certification .
• Proven success in delivering CapEx programmes .
• Hands-on experience with CMMS and contractor control.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and operational excellence.
