Technical Contract Manager Central London Competitive Salary + Benefits Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:00 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of hard FM services across a prestigious commercial portfolio in Central London. This role is ideal for a technically minded manager with a strong building services background who can lead engineering teams, manage subcontractors, drive compliance, and ensure exceptional service delivery across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of hard FM services across a multi-building portfolio Lead and develop engineering teams, ensuring KPI and SLA targets are achieved Oversee planned and reactive maintenance programmes Manage subcontractors, specialist service providers, and project works Ensure statutory compliance and health & safety standards are maintained Control maintenance budgets, quotations, and expenditure Drive operational performance, asset reliability, and service improvements Produce client reports and contract performance data Support lifecycle planning and asset management strategies Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders Requirements Strong background within Facilities Management or Building Services Previous experience managing engineering teams and subcontractors Excellent understanding of mechanical and electrical building services Experience managing PPM, reactive maintenance, compliance, and project delivery Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience Excellent client-facing and communication skills Proficient with CAFM systems and reporting tools Desirable AP (Authorised Person) experience Experience managing prestigious commercial environments Relevant technical or management qualifications Package Competitive salary Monday to Friday working pattern Career progression opportunities High-profile commercial environment Supportive and professional team culture Long-term stability with a growing business This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced FM professional looking to take ownership of a technically challenging contract while working within a prestigious commercial environment
