International Tax Director — In-House Advisory Lead

Pure Search in London is supporting an established FS group to hire an advisory-focused senior tax role, covering international tax advisory, transaction work and capitalisation. The role is suitable for someone at SM/AD or Director level seeking an in-house move.

You will work with internal and external advisors, including Big 4 and law firms, and report to the Group Head of Tax. The environment is collaborative and requires strong international tax and UK corporate tax expertise.
