Finishing / Site Manager – New Build Residential Location: Oxford Rate: Competitive DOE Contract: Minimum 6-Month Contract Start Date: Immediate / ASAP About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing / Site Manager to oversee the final stages of a new build residential development in Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all finishing trades, ensuring high-quality standards are achieved, coordinating subcontractors, and driving plots through to completion and handover. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-focused Site Manager with strong residential experience to join a busy project with an established contractor. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day finishing activities on site * Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades * Ensure all plots are completed to a high standard * Oversee snagging and de-snagging works * Maintain site health & safety standards * Monitor programme deadlines and drive project completion * Conduct quality inspections and customer walkthroughs * Liaise with project managers, clients, and site teams * Ensure all works are completed in line with NHBC standards Requirements * Proven experience as a Finishing Manager or Site Manager on new build residential projects * Strong eye for detail and quality control * Ability to manage multiple trades and tight deadlines * Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates * Strong communication and organisational skills * Experience working on volume housing developments preferred What’s on Offer * Minimum 6-month contract * Competitive rates * Immediate start available * Opportunity to work with a reputable residential contractor * Potential for contract extension Work Location: In person
