Project Coordinator

Our Client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join a busy and varied team based in Swift Valley, Rugby. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing multiple priorities and supporting projects through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties, including: * Building strong relationships with customers and dealing with queries, issues and complaints * Supporting Account Managers with customer projects and ensuring they are progressing as planned * Coordinating installations and go-lives with customers * Maintaining project trackers, reports and relevant documentation * Raising orders, tracking purchase orders and supporting with quotations and financials * Collecting and analysing performance data The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: * Ideaslly 2 years previous experience in project coordination, account support or a similar role * Excellent organisational and time management skills * Strong communication and customer service skills * Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with data * Ability to multitask, prioritise and follow tasks through to completion * Experience within a technical or manufacturing environment would be advantageous, as would experience working with large retail operators. Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 would also be beneficial. * Full training will be provided, no qualifications required Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, Salary: £31,827 Location: Swift Valley, Rugby, CV21.
