Electrical Supervisor

Straight-line are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical works on a range of residential projects across Birmingham. Key Responsibilities: * Supervising electrical teams on-site and ensuring work is carried out to a high standard * Coordinating daily activities and managing site progress * Reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and schedules * Ensuring compliance with current regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures * Liaising with site managers, contractors, and clients * Conducting quality checks and resolving on-site issues Requirements: * Valid JIB Gold Card (essential) * SSSTS or SMSTS qualification preferred * Proven experience in a supervisory role within the electrical industry * Strong knowledge of electrical systems and current regulations * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines What We Offer: * Competitive hourly rate (£26.00 – £30.00) * Ongoing work opportunities * Weekly pay * Supportive and professional working environment How to Apply: If you’re an experienced Electrical Supervisor ready for your next opportunity, apply now with your CV or contact us on (phone number removed) for more information
