CNC Machinist

CNC Machinist Pertemps are currently recruiting for a CNC Machinist to join a manufacturing business based in Southampton. Our client is looking for a technically minded and driven individual to join their team who takes pride in their craftsmanship.  Responsibilities as a CNC Machinist:   Working closely with the in-house design and production team, bringing ideas to life  Working on unique one-off projects  Using a mix of traditional craftsmanship and cutting edge CNC/ CAD machinery  Using both the 5 Axis and 3 Axis machines  Programming and operating the CNC machines  Working with 3D CAD to bring ideas to life  Requirements:  Proven CNC experience  Engineering mindset  Excellent hands-on skills, whether its tools, machines or materials Understanding of 3D CAD  Excellent eye for detail and natural problem solver  The CNC Machinist Role:  Monday – Friday, 8am – 5.30pm  £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays  Opportunities for growth and skills development If you are interested in this CNC Machinist role and have the required skills, please apply with an up to date CV
