Project Manager – Cladding & Roofing (Data Centre Projects – Europe) Location: Europe (Site-Based – Travel & Accommodation Provided) Salary: £90,000 – £120,000 + Travel + Accommodation + Package Working Pattern: Flexible rota / shift arrangement (e.g. weeks on / weeks off – to be discussed) We are representing a highly respected and well-established specialist cladding and roofing contractor with a strong reputation across the European data centre sector. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of blue-chip projects, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-value data centre schemes across Europe. This is a key role within the business, working on technically complex, fast-paced projects valued up to £15m for leading global data centre clients. Key Project Experience: * European data centre construction projects (essential) * Cladding and roofing packages up to £15m * Blue-chip data centre clients and hyperscale operators * Mission-critical, high-specification build environments * Fast-track, programme-driven delivery schemes Role Responsibilities: * Lead delivery of major cladding and roofing packages on European data centre projects * Act as the key site-based project lead and client-facing representative * Manage programme delivery, sequencing, and logistics across complex live environments * Coordinate design, technical submittals, and construction methodology with internal and external teams * Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners across multiple work fronts * Ensure strict adherence to programme milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements * Manage project reporting, progress tracking, and risk mitigation strategies * Support commercial awareness including variations, change control, and cost tracking * Build strong working relationships with blue-chip clients and principal contractors Candidate Requirements: * Proven experience delivering cladding and/or roofing packages on data centre projects (essential) * Strong track record working on complex, fast-track construction environments * Experience delivering projects for Tier 1 or blue-chip clients * Strong technical understanding of façade/roofing systems * Excellent programme management and site delivery capability * Commercially aware with good contract understanding * Confident leader with ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors * Willingness to travel across Europe and work on rotational/site-based arrangements Package & Benefits: * £90,000 – £120,000 basic salary * Travel and accommodation fully covered * Flexible working rota (to be agreed – e.g. weeks on / weeks off) * Opportunity to work on high-profile European data centre projects * Strong pipeline of secured blue-chip work * Highly respected contractor within the data centre cladding sector * Long-term career progression within a growing international division
