With continued demonstrated success on Data Centre projects they are now seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their team in Canary Wharf.ResponsibilitiesDocument Management & Organization: Maintain, categorize, and ensure easy access to all project documentation, including drawings, contracts, permits, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and more using Procore.Version Control & Document Tracking: Oversee version control for all project documents, ensuring only the latest versions are shared with stakeholders, and manage revisions to prevent errors or outdated information.Collaboration & Communication: Facilitate communication between the project team and external parties by ensuring timely and accurate document distribution, utilizing Procore’s collaboration tools to streamline workflows.Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all documentation complies with relevant industry standards, regulations, and contractual obligations. Maintain audit trails and generate reports to ensure project compliance throughout.Reporting & Documentation Updates: Generate and distribute regular project documentation reports, including document logs, RFI tracking, submittal statuses, and other progress-related reports using Procore’s reporting tools.RequirementsProven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role within a construction environment, ideally on large-scale projects like Data Centres.Proficiency in Procore or similar project management software.Must be based within a commutable distance of Canary Wharf.Benefits50,000 - 55,000 per annum + Benefits
