Senior Programme Manager - Insurance, Transformation, Global, Market Entry £Market Rate (Inside IR35) London / Hybrid 6 months I am currently working with a high-profile, instantly recognisable client who urgently requires an experienced Senior Programme Manager, with a strong Insurance background, to lead a strategically important transformation programme focused on establishing and scaling operations in a new market. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Programme Manager leading large-scale business and technology transformation programmes within the Insurance sector Strong experience delivering market-entry, regional expansion, legal entity establishment or greenfield operational set-up programmes Demonstrable experience managing regulatory, compliance and governance requirements within highly regulated environments Experience coordinating multiple workstreams across business operations, technology, legal, compliance, product and third-party suppliers Strong programme governance, planning, risk, dependency and stakeholder management expertise Experience driving organisational readiness, operational mobilisation and transition into BAU Proven ability to establish delivery structure and governance quickly within complex programmes Strong executive stakeholder management skills, with experience operating at C-suite and board level Experience working with globally distributed teams and third-party delivery partners Good technical understanding, with the ability to engage confidently on technology, integration and supplier-related discussions Ability to manage ambiguity whilst driving delivery against demanding regulatory and commercial timelinesNice to Have: Experience launching new insurance products or services Experience establishing new business operations in a previously untapped market Immediately availableHays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
