Your new role As Fabrication Supervisor, you will oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring fabrication projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

You will lead a team of fabricators and welders, coordinating workloads and maintaining strong operational responsibilities will include: Supervising daily fabrication and welding activities Allocating workloads and coordinating team tasks Monitoring the use of welding equipment, hand tools and machinery Conducting quality inspections to ensure work meets specifications Promoting and enforcing health & safety standards across the workshop Supporting and developing team members through training and guidance Working closely with production and project teams to meet deadlines Maintaining accurate production records and reporting Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency What you'll need to succeed Previous supervisory experience within fabrication or manufacturingStrong hands-on experience in welding and fabrication processes Knowledge of sheet metal work and assembly techniques Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Strong leadership and organisational skills Good problem-solving ability and mechanical awareness Excellent communication skills and team-focused approach What you'll get in return 29 day Holidays (10 floating) Competitive salary up to £36,500 Company healthcare scheme Pension scheme Training and development opportunities Career progression pathways Supportive and collaborative working environment Potential for overtime (subject to business needs) What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
