Teaching Assistant (SEND/SEMH) - Start September | Be Part of Something Special
Are you a nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic individual looking to make a real difference in children's lives? We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) including Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) to join our warm and welcoming school community this September.
This position is to start in September until December, with the opportunity to continue into the New Year.

The role:
* Support children with a range of additional needs, both in and out of the classroom
* Work closely with class teachers to deliver tailored learning activities
* Provide one-to-one and small group support
* Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
* Build positive relationships with pupils, encouraging confidence and independence
We are looking for someone who:
* Is compassionate, patient, and understanding
* Has experience working with children (SEND experience is desirable but not essential)
* Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team
* Is flexible, proactive, and eager to learn
* Is committed to supporting every child to succeedc
