A specialist organisation is seeking an HR Operations Advisor to join its People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-paced environment where HR plays a key role in supporting business growth, operational excellence and employee experience.
Your new role
Reporting into the HR leadership team, you'll support the delivery of a high-quality HR service across the employee lifecycle, with responsibilities including:
Acting as a key user and subject matter expert for HiBob, ensuring employee data is accurate, up to date and compliant
Managing employee lifecycle transactions within HiBob, including onboarding, changes and departures
Supporting monthly payroll processes through accurate data management and reporting from HiBob
Producing regular HR reports, workforce analytics and management information using HiBob and Excel
Supporting compensation, benefits and annual salary review processes through the HRIS
Responding to employee and manager queries relating to HR processes and system usage
Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes, workflows and automation within HiBob
Supporting ongoing HRIS enhancements, testing, configuration changes and system optimisation projects
Assisting with policy updates, compliance activities and audit requirements
Working closely with stakeholders to drive operational excellence and maximise the value of the HiBob platformWhat you'll need to succeed
Previous HR Operations, HR Administration or HR Coordinator experience
Strong hands-on experience using HiBob is essential
Experience maintaining employee records, reporting, workflows and HR processes within HiBob
Exposure to HiBob implementation, optimisation, enhancement or project work would be highly advantageous
Experience working within insurance, financial services, professional services or another regulated environment
Payroll administration and employee data management experience
Advanced Excel and HR reporting skills
Good knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR compliance
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify process efficiencies through HR technologyWhat you'll get in return
