Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Construction Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on active construction sites. The successful candidate will coordinate workers and subcontractors, ensure projects stay on schedule, maintain health and safety standards, and report progress to project managers. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily construction activities on-site * Coordinate tradespeople, subcontractors, and deliveries * Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification * Monitor project timelines and report progress * Conduct site inspections and enforce health & safety regulations * Resolve on-site issues and communicate with project stakeholders * Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation * Ensure quality control standards are met Requirements * Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Health & Safety certification (e.g., SMSTS, SSSTS, CSCS) * Full driving licence preferred * Strong problem-solving and organisational skills Requirements: * Previous construction supervision experience * SMSTS/SSSTS & CSCS preferred * Strong leadership and communication skills
