Pay Rate:£145 - £200 per day (dependent on experience)
Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Term Time Only)

About the Role

Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a forward-thinking and supportive Alternative Provision (AP) in the Burnley area.They are looking for an energetic, resilient, and passionate Outdoor Education Teacher / Instructor to join their team right after the October half-term.

This role is designed for educators who want to step outside traditional classrooms and use practical, land-based, and outdoor activities to re-engage young people who have struggled with mainstream education.You will work with students presenting with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them build confidence, trust, resilience, and essential life skills.
