Compliance & Building Safety Support Co-ordinatorLocation: London Bridge Sector: Social Housing Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent A leading social housing organisation is seeking a proactive and organised Compliance & Building Safety Support Co-ordinator to join its growing team based near London Bridge. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting building safety, resident wellbeing, and regulatory compliance across a diverse housing portfolio. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to the Compliance and Building Safety team Maintain accurate compliance records, certification logs, and safety documentation Support the co-ordination of statutory compliance programmes including: Fire Safety Gas Safety Electrical Compliance Asbestos Management Water Hygiene Lift Servicing Schedule inspections, audits, contractor visits, and remedial works Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and residents to ensure timely completion of compliance activities Monitor and track KPIs, service performance, and compliance deadlines Assist with reporting, data analysis, and preparation for audits and inspections Ensure all records are maintained in line with regulatory and company standardsRequirements Previous experience in compliance, building safety, housing, facilities, or property administration Understanding of social housing compliance and building safety regulations desirable Strong organisational and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Confident using Microsoft Office and housing/compliance management systems Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environmentWhat’s on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Career progression within a respected social housing provider Supportive and collaborative working environment Opportunity to contribute to resident safety and community wellbeingThis role would suit an organised administrator or co-ordinator looking to develop a career within compliance and building safety in the social housing sector Please contact (url removed) - Mobile is (phone number removed)
