This is a fantastic permanent opportunity to join a high-performing team and take ownership of a dynamic and varied role. Role Details: Location: City of London Contract Type: Permanent Salary: Up to £35,000 Working Hours: Monday to Friday | Full-Time | Office-Based
- Minimum 1 years experience within a demanding Service & Maintenance environment
The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications. - Confident user of CAFM systems and understanding of PPM/reactive processes
- Coordinate and manage PPM and reactive works to meet contractual and company SLAs
- Oversight of P&L performance on large commercial contracts
- Provide hands-on support to the Contract Manager across all works and contract-related tasks
- Conduct detailed audits to ensure compliance and enable smooth invoicing processes
- Track all reactive and additional works to ensure completion within agreed timeframes
- Responsible for raising quotes based on Contract Manager costing sheets
- Serve as the main point of contact for all PPM-related coordination, tracking monthly hours and ensuring timely closure
- Liaise with engineers and subcontractors to maintain high standards of work
- Adaptable, well-organised, and capable of multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
- Produce clear and detailed reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Support invoicing processes to ensure transparency and timely billing
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Strong working knowledge of CAFM systems
- Excellent attention to detail and due diligence
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and invoicing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working within Facilities Management
- Ability to manage engineers and subcontractor relationships effectively
