- £55,000 Company Van Benefits Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Location: Covering the M25 corridor from J23J31 including Dartford, Waltham Abbey, Cheshunt, Romford About the Role: Bolt Technical recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading FM services provider, looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their Southern Region team.

You'll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of air conditioning and ventilation systems across commercial sites.

This is a MondayFriday role , with minimal overnight stays and participation in a rotating on-call schedule (1/5 weeks) Whats on Offer: Company van (with fuel card) (can be used for personal use) Monday to Friday working hours Paid on-call allowance All tools, PPE, and equipment provided Training and development opportunities Supportive management and strong team culture Pension scheme 25 days holiday Key Responsibilities: Maintenance, service, and repair of VRV/VRF systems Single & multi-split systems AHUs, supply and extract fans Small chillers (preferred but not essential) Minor A/C installations (preferred) Asset collection and system database updates Fault finding and remedial repair work Plantroom housekeeping Working to health & safety standards Supporting stores and parts processes Liaising with clients and internal teams Participation in on-call rota Experience & Qualifications: Proven experience in A/C or refrigeration maintenance NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning (Level 2 considered) Experience of working with Mitsubishi or Daiken units would be a bonus F-Gas certification (essential) Strong diagnostic and repair skills Good understanding of plantroom and HVAC systems Customer-focused with excellent communication skills Full UK driving licence Interested?
