Administrator - Damp & Mould Team
Contract: Temporary / Interim (3-6 months)
Rate: Competitive
We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to support a busy Damp & Mould Team within a housing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling incoming telephone calls and email enquiries from tenants and residents.
* Scheduling inspections, surveys, and remedial works with residents and contractors.
* Updating and maintaining housing management systems with accurate case information.
* Inputting, monitoring, and tracking damp and mould records and compliance data.
* Liaising with surveyors, contractors, and internal departments to ensure appointments are completed.
* Producing reports, correspondence, and general administrative documentation.
* Providing excellent customer service and keeping residents updated on the progress of their cases.
Requirements:
* Previous administrative or customer service experience.
* Strong data entry and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience within social housing, repairs, maintenance, or property services would be advantageous
