Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager with a strong focus on finance and business administration to support the day-to-day running of our UK office. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business across finance, administration, customer service, compliance, and operational support.
This is a hands-on position within a small team, requiring an individual who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency.
Finance & Accounts
Manage daily financial administration, including purchase ledger and sales ledger
Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
Raise and issue customer invoices, reconcile accounts, and monitor outstanding balances.
Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting.
Assist with monthly management accounts
Liaise with external accountants and auditors as required.
Monitor budgets and support financial planning activities.
Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficient business processes.
Maintain office systems, records, and filing procedures.
Manage office suppliers, utilities, and service contracts.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
Support HR administration, including employee records, onboarding, and holiday tracking.
Maintain company policies, procedures, and compliance records.
Assist with internal audits and compliance reporting.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience as an Office Manager, Finance Manager, Accounts Manager, or similar position.
Strong financial administration and bookkeeping experience.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
