- Professional Indemnity London | Full-time We're working with a highly respected London Market insurer looking to hire a Claims Adjuster to join their Professional Indemnity (PI) team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and well-established claims function, handling a broad mix of UK and international PI claims across a diverse portfolio.

The Role You'll be responsible for managing a caseload of Professional Indemnity claims, including: Solicitors PI Financial Services PI Miscellaneous PI Some Construction PI exposure You'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused claims service, working closely with brokers, insureds, underwriters, and external partners across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities Handle PI claims from notification through to settlement Deliver a proactive, service-driven approach with clear and consistent communication Build strong relationships with brokers and stakeholders Contribute to team KPIs and identify areas for process improvement Provide insight on claims trends, wordings, and renewal feedback Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers What We're Looking For Experience handling Professional Indemnity or Financial Lines claims Exposure to the London Market (preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organised, self-sufficient, and team-oriented approach Solid IT skills (Microsoft Office suite) Why Consider This Role?
