Reporting to the Production Director, you will ensure our high-quality standards are met while coordinating closely with machine shops and subcontractors.

The Role Precision Assembly: Lead the build, test, and servicing of complex mechanical products.

Technical Procurement: Manage relationships with machine shops/fabricators to source parts and ensure on-time delivery.

Quality Control: Inspect subcontracted parts and handle goods-in to maintain ISO-level excellence.

Expert Training: Train staff and customers on specialized machinery and safety protocols.

Fault Diagnosis: Strip down, repair, and reverse-engineer components as required.

What Youll Need Engineering Pedigree: An apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on mechanical experience.

Manufacturing IQ: Strong knowledge of milling, turning, fabrication, and technical drawings.

Supply Chain Confidence: Experience working with external subcontractors and suppliers.

Leadership Traits: A proactive approach to mentoring and process improvement.

Essentials: A clean driving licence and solid IT skills.
