Recruitment Consultant People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Bristol Office.

Shifts: Monday to Friday: 8am
- 5pm Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum performance bonus and benefits Benefits include: Your benefits as a Recruitment Consultant will be: Health benefit scheme Additional day off for your birthday and social hours on the last Friday of each month Long-term career progression Annual awards ceremony Birthday meal Private medical healthcare after five years' service Life assurance Regular staff engagement events Family fun days Free 24-hour counselling for you and your household Ongoing training and development 23 day's holiday 8 bank holidays per year (increasing to 28 days after qualifying period) Day-to-day duties: As a Recruitment Consultant , your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): Carrying out business development activity, including calling prospective clients to identify new business opportunities Managing and developing existing client relationships to increase market share Attending client meetings to discuss new and ongoing campaigns Sourcing and matching candidates to vacancies Writing engaging job advertisements Short-listing and interviewing candidates Ensuring compliance and completing administration tasks Conducting client service reviews Reporting figures and working towards exceeding targets and KPIs Essential skills: To be successful as a Recruitment Consultant , you will need: Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (for visiting client's sites and offices) Business development or client-facing experience (advantageous) Strong customer service skills The right to work in the UK (with proof required) Desirable experience: Previous experience working in recruitment is preferred but not essential Training: A full paid induction will be provided, along with on-the-job training starting on day one and continuing throughout your career. xwzovoh
