- Social Housing (Maintenance) ?? Stoke on Trent ?? £22.16 per hour (PAYE) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to work on a social housing maintenance contract covering Stoke on Trent and surrounding areas.

Duties: Electrical maintenance, repairs and fault finding Testing & inspection Minor installation works Working in occupied social housing properties Completing job sheets and liaising with tenants ?? Requirements: NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation 18th Edition 2391 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent) PAT Testing (preferred) Previous experience in maintenance or social housing Full UK driving licence ?? Details: Ongoing, long-term work Full-time hours Occasional overtime / call-outs may be required This is a stable opportunity with a well-established contractor in the social housing sector. xwzovoh
