Recladding Site Manager

Site Manager – Re-Cladding & Façade Remediation Location: Mansfield / East Midlands Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time The Role A specialist façade and building remediation contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee re-cladding, external wall and façade remediation projects across Mansfield and the wider East Midlands. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of projects on site, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality and compliance standards. Projects will involve the removal and replacement of non-compliant façade systems, including rainscreen cladding, insulation, cavity barriers, fire barriers and associated external wall remediation works. Key Responsibilities Manage re-cladding and façade remediation projects from site set-up through to completion Coordinate cladding installers, scaffolders, fire barrier teams and other specialist  subcontractors Monitor labour, programme, site productivity and material requirements Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and approved installation details     Manage Health & Safety, RAMS, inductions, toolbox talks and daily site activities  Carry out quality inspections and maintain accurate photographic and compliance records  Monitor cavity barrier, fire barrier, insulation and cladding installation  Attend progress meetings and provide regular project updates  Liaise with clients, consultants, residents, subcontractors and the wider project team  Manage snagging, defects, handover and completion documentation  Minimise disruption when  working within occupied residential buildings Requirements Previous Site Manager  experience within re-cladding, façades or external wall remediation  Strong understanding of  rainscreen cladding and external wall systems  Experience managing specialist subcontractors and multiple trades  Knowledge of cavity barriers, fire barriers and passive fire interfaces  Ability to read technical drawings and identify installation or coordination issues  Strong Health & Safety,  quality assurance and programme management skills  Confident managing occupied  residential projects and resident liaison  SMSTS  CSCS  First Aid  Full UK driving licence Package Company car  Permanent position  Long-term progression within a specialist and growing contractor  Opportunity to work on  technically challenging façade and building safety projects across the      East Midlands
