X3 Mechanical Engineer  - Commercial Building - Farringdon, London - Immediate start - On-going - £30 Per Hour An exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in Farringdon, London. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Mechanical Engineer to cover a commercial site. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team. Hours of work Monday to Friday 07:00am to 15:00pm £30 per hour via Umbrella Contract type: On-going   Key duties & Responsibilities Planned and reactive maintenance  HVAC Systems   Emergency lighting tests Control Panels Changing Ballast BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold) Maintain and update Log books Plumbing - Unblocking toilets Pumps, motors   Requirements Mechanically qualified City & Guilds - Level 2  Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Client Facing  Please send your CV to Jordyn at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information
