Location:Northampton NN5 (excellent public transport links)

Salary:Starting salary of £24,784.50 PA

Working Hours:08:30 - 17:00, Monday - Friday

Contract Type:Full-time, Permanent

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a fast-paced environment where customer service, accuracy, and teamwork are key.

Youll play a vital role as the link between customers, sales, and internal operationsensuring a seamless experience from order to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
• Process customer orders accurately using internal systems
• Liaise with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery
• Provide customers with updates on orders, stock availability, and pricing
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and discrepancies professionally
• Manage returns, invoice queries, and order amendments
• Maintain accurate customer records and pricing data
• Support sales activity, including promotions and customer follow-ups
• Provide general administrative support to the wider team

What Were Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer service or xwzovoh order processing role
• Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with IT systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a positive attitude
